The extended shelf life of instant porridge products is due to the improvement of the sterilization process. After the raw material is filled once, the aging and sterilization process is completed at high temperature in a sterilization retort machine.

Compared with other models, the rotary high-temperature sterilization retort machine is more suitable for sterilizing highly viscous materials such as eight-treasure porridge, breakfast porridge, bird's nest, meat sauce and mushroom sauce. The food rotates continuously and slowly in the device, making it transfer more quickly and evenly, preventing rice accumulation and sedimentation leading to incomplete sterilization, greatly shortening the time of the entire sterilization process, and achieving high-temperature short-term sterilization.
