1.Rotation method
The rotary retort sterilizer is based on the conventional retort sterilizer, with the addition of rotating structures such as a rotating cage, a tug, a reducer, and a clamping mechanism, so that the product can rotate along the center line of the sterilizer cylinder. During the food rotation process, the food and soup in the package continue to flow and mix, promoting heat transfer. The sterilized product content is uniform, non-stratified, and the product is beautiful and tastes good. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature sterilization of canned foods with high viscosity and high sugar content.
2. Rotating cage support method:
The cage is supported by the rear axle and the support wheel at three points in the retort sterilizer. The flat cover head at the rear end reduces the bending moment load of the rear axle, improves the support strength, and increases the service life of the rear axle. The equipment is safer and more reliable.
Compared with the four-point support of domestic peers, it can better guarantee the concentricity of the rotating body, the tug and the cage have good fit, fewer fault points, and less impact on the cylinder.
After the rotating cage and the rear axle are welded and assembled, the support surface of the rear axle and the tug is processed as a whole, with high processing accuracy, ensuring the parallelism and concentricity of the rear axle and the tug. When welding the saddle, cylinder, and head, the preferred welding method is adopted in combination with many years of experience, and the corresponding tooling fixture is made for positioning. 3. Advantages of the supporting roller structure
There are two supporting rollers in the retort sterilizer, and the bearings are outside the sealing ring to avoid a series of problems such as rusting caused by the bearings being immersed in water and difficulty in disassembly and maintenance. Lubricating oil is added to the bearing cavity to ensure smooth operation of the bearing and increase its service life. The bearings are tapered roller bearings, which are suitable for heavy loads or impact loads. They can withstand radial and axial loads at the same time and are suitable for low-speed working occasions such as supporting rollers. The saddle side cover is detachable and easy to disassemble and maintain. As shown in the following figure:
4. Advantages of rear axle structure
The bearings are also tapered roller bearings, located in the bearing cavity isolated from the inside of the retort sterilizer, and filled with lubricating oil. The rear axle adopts multiple seals, and the sealing rings are imported brands. Our company has conducted long-term experiments before using them. The sealing rings run continuously under high temperature, high pressure and high speed experimental environment without damage. The quality is reliable, and the pressure resistance and wear resistance are strong, which saves users the trouble of frequent replacement of sealing rings. 5. Advantages of the clamping structure
The pneumatic clamping method is adopted, and the cylinder compressed air is pressure-controlled to ensure that the equipment cannot rotate without clamping.
