1. Introduction to the Semi-Automatic Pouch Loader

   - Designed for loading pouch products onto trays before sterilization.

   - Reduces manual labor in the loading process.

2. Loading Process

   - Pouches are conveyed to the top of the loader.

   - Pouches naturally fall into empty sterilization trays.

   - Manual spreading or arranging of pouches in the tray for orderly placement.

3. Automated Tray Handling

   - Button-controlled turning machine.

   - Manipulator automatically disassembles and transports the whole stack of empty trays.

   - Solid trays loaded with products are automatically stacked.

   - Stacked trays are pushed into the sterilization pot using a manual cart.

Scope of application:
All kinds of products that are suitable for sterilization with sterilization trays and do not requirements for the package.
