Semi-Automatic Unloader for Sterilized Packed Foods

1. Introduction to the Semi-Automatic Unloader

   - Designed for unloading packed foods after sterilization.

   - Disassembles the whole stack of trays layer by layer using a manipulator.

   - Turns the tray 180° to transfer products to the conveyor belt (bottom), completing the unloading process.

2. Automated Tray Handling

   - Manipulator moves empty trays automatically.

   - Stacks empty trays one by one on the other side.

   - Pushes the whole stack of trays out using a trolley when ready.

Scope of Application

   - Suitable for products that can be sterilized using sterilization trays.

   - Ideal for products that do not require packaging.
