The semi-automatic unloader is designed for unloading the packed foods after sterilization.
The whole stack of trays is disassembled layer by layer by the manipulator, and the tray is turned 180°so that the products are transferred to conveyor belt (in the bottom), finished the unloading.
While the manipulator moves the empty tray automatically and stacks them one by one on the other side. When the whole stack trays ready, push them out with trolley.
