In view of the fact that some glass bottles and gas-containing packaging products are sensitive to cold and heat, and are prone to bottle explosion problems during the sterilization process, food production companies have always been troubled. Zhucheng Jinding Food Machinery Co., Ltd. (www.sumpot.com) On the basis of the traditional sterilization retort, a new spray-type sterilization retort has been developed, which allows the products in the pot to be completely evenly pressured and heated, effectively solving this sterilization problem and playing a positive role in promoting the development of the sterilization equipment industry.

The types of water spray sterilizing autoclave retorts are divided into: top spray sterilizing retorts, side spray sterilizing retorts, and top spray and side spray sterilizing retorts.
The spray system of the spray sterilization retort autoclave has two modes: one is that a series of nozzles are provided at the four corners of each tray in the sterilization tank, and are set between each layer of trays, so the range is very wide. Extensive spray pattern. Due to the continuous spraying of water from nozzles installed vertically at the four corners of each tray, the temperature inside the tank remains very stable at all stages of the sterilization process, ensuring that changes in the F value and overcooking are minimized. Another limitation is to install a spray partition on the top of the retort, and the sterilizing water is sprayed down from the top, evenly and fully penetrating the products in the retort. There are also nozzles on the side to supplement the spray effect, which can ensure a uniform temperature in the retort. Consistent without dead ends.

In the operation of the spray sterilization retort, first put the packaged products into the sterilization basket, then send them to the spray sterilization pot, and finally close the pot door. During the entire sterilization process, the pot door is locked mechanically, and the pot door will not pop open, thus ensuring the safety of people or objects around the sterilizer. The sterilization process is carried out automatically according to the data input to the microprocessor controller PLC.

Note that an appropriate amount of water should be retained at the bottom of the spray sterilization pot. If necessary, this part of water can be automatically injected during the initial stage of heating. For hot-filled products, this part of the water can be first preheated in the hot water tank and then injected. During the entire sterilization process, this part of the water is repeatedly circulated through a high-flow pump to spray and heat the product from top to bottom. The steam passes through another loop of the heat exchanger, and the temperature is adjusted according to the temperature set value. Then, the water flow passes through the distribution plate on the top of the sterilization retort and is evenly poured from top to bottom on the surface of the entire product. This ensures even distribution of heat. The water that has rinsed the product is collected at the bottom of the container and flows out after passing through the filter and collection tube.

Heating and sterilization stage: Automatically control the valve according to the edited sterilization program to introduce steam into the primary loop of the heat exchanger. Condensate is automatically discharged from the trap. Since the condensate is not contaminated, it can be sent back to the boiler for use
Cooling phase: Inject cold water into the initial loop of the heat exchanger. The cold water is regulated by an automatic valve located at the inlet of the heat exchanger and controlled by a program. Since the cooling water does not come into contact with the interior of the container, it is not contaminated and can be reused.
During the entire process, the pressure inside the spray sterilization retort is controlled by the program through two automatic angle seat valves to input or discharge compressed air to the sterilization retort.
When sterilization is completed, an alarm signal will be sent. You can now open the door and ship the products.

Scope of application of water spray retort
Suitable for all types of high temperature resistant packaging materials:
1. Plastic containers: PP bottles, HDPE bottles.
2. Soft bag packaging: aluminum foil bags, transparent bags, vacuum bags, high temperature cooking bags, etc.
3. Tinplate cans, aluminum cans and glass bottle products
